UpDatr is a simple tool to scan for your local installed applications and contacts iTunes to see if there is a newer version available.
Installation
Open Cydia and make sure
http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com
is added to your sources
Tap on
Sections > SiNfuL iPhone
and install
Updatr
